My passenger door wont unlock with fob or the button in the car but it will with the key physically in the lock.

I had the same problem. When i think i have locked driver door remotely with key fob it clicks as if it has i check door and it has not locked although passenger door and boot have. Fiat 500 driver door won t lock with keyfob. Thanks posted by anonymous on jul 29 2012.

This is not complicated procedure and it can be done with basic tools. Put the key in the door and then lock it manually take the key out and unlock the doors then lock the doors with the key. All other doors open with fob internal button and also with key in both front doors strange problem but any thoughts.
